Pitches written in your voice, sent from your own inbox

It finds the blogs, playlists and creators who cover music like yours, writes each pitch in your voice, and sends it from your own email.

Getting a song heard still runs on email: to blogs, playlist curators, radio, YouTube channels and music supervisors. Get Heard finds the ones who cover music like yours, checks the fit, writes each pitch personally in your voice with the press kit attached, sends it from your own address, and tells you who opened and who wrote back.

  • The right outlets, with a fit score

A catalog of outlets with what they cover, plus the ones you add. Every pitch target is scored against your song before a word is written, and weak fits are held back rather than sent.

  • Personal, not a template blast

Each email opens with a line about that outlet and why this record fits what they run, in the language they write in. Templates set the shape; the AI fills in the part that is different every time. You approve before anything goes out.

  • From your inbox, with the answers

Sent through your own Gmail or SMTP, so replies land where you already read mail. Opens, clicks and replies are counted, follow-ups go out on time, and a curator who said yes is remembered for the next release.

Compared with the competition

SubmitHub and Groover sell you a guaranteed listen, a dollar or two at a time, from curators who are there because they are paid to be. It works, and it adds up. Get Heard writes the pitch to the blogs, stations and playlists you would have emailed anyway, from your own inbox, and nobody is paid to say no.

Works with Press kits

A press kit a writer can work from: the story, the photos, the credits and the files. It greets the outlet you sent it to by name, with a line about why this record is for them.

One hub, one subscription, and your week back

Three steps, once per release. After that it runs on its own.

  1. Set up the release

Drop in the song and the cover. The pages, the clips and the kits are built from them.

  2. Connect your accounts

Your socials, your mailbox and your domain, once. They stay connected for every release after this one.

  3. Start the campaign

Pick the outlets and arm the runway. It renders, posts, pitches and mails on the days it should.

Common questions

Will it send anything without me?

Not unless you ask it to. Pitches land in a queue for you to approve, and only approved mail goes out. If you switch on drip sending, approved pitches are spaced out at a daily limit you set.

Does it use my email address?

Yes. Connect Gmail or any SMTP mailbox and every pitch is sent from it, so replies arrive in your own inbox and the outlet sees a real person.
